Anti-Pigmentation

SKIN LIGHTENING / PIGMENTATION TREATMENTS

A skin care regime designed specifically to reduce a tan and visibly lighten your skin, leaving it fresh and glowing. The first involves the application of a unique formulation of fruit fatty acid peel. This ensures uniform regeneration of your skin. After this, a specialized formulation with three skin-lightening agents is applied to your skin which removes the existing tan and pigmentation resulting in visibly clearer and lighter skin

Q- SWITCHED LASER

The Q-switched laser is used to remove unwanted brown spots, sun freckles, or tattoos from your skin. The laser energy pulse, which is in billionths of a second, releases the pigment into the skin so it can be naturally reabsorbed and disposed of by the body.

Carbon peel

Carbon laser in a two-step process to reduce pore size, acne scars, and eliminate fine wrinkles. First, the Spectrum mode emits laser pulses to heat the thin layers of collagen and skin tissue; next, the Q-switch mode removes a thin layer of skin. This superficial peeling effect is immediate – there is no delayed exfoliation as seen with chemical peels.

Chemicals Peels:

Salicylic peels

Salicylic acid is the Beta Hydroxy Acid most commonly used in cosmetics. It is obtained in the lab from willow tree bark. The name "Salicylic" may be familiar to you from the scientific name of aspirin: acetylsalicylic acid. Salicylic acid is a colorless, odorless and transparent acid used as a food preservative, toothpaste antiseptic, effective skin exfoliant and anti-acne ingredient. FDA considers it "safe as used when formulated to avoid irritation"..

TCA Peels

Medium chemical peels are highly effective in promoting skin smoothness and vitality. They also improve superficial discoloration and eliminate fine wrinkles. They do nothing for acne scarring or dynamic wrinkles. Medium depth peels can be achieved with a variety of chemicals. TCA (trichloro acetic acid) is the most common. Jessner's solution, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, and other agents are also used.

Fractorial laser

Background: The lidocaine 7%-tetracaine 7% (LT) peel has been demonstrated to be useful for a variety of dermatologic applications, including cosmetic, laser, and vascular access procedures.

Aim: To measure and evaluate the detectable plasma levels and safety of lidocaine and tetracaine in adult volunteers after a single application of an LT peel, a novel method of topical anesthesia that does not require occlusion.

Methods: A randomized, factorial design study was used to evaluate the pharmacokinetic profile of lidocaine and tetracaine after a single application of the LT peel in adult volunteers (n = 36; mean age, 26.6 years). The LT peel was applied to the anterior surface of the left or right thigh of volunteers for 30, 60, or 90 min over a 50-, 100-, or 200-cm2 area. Venous blood samples were collected at 0, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 300, and 420 min after the initial application of the LT peel.

Medical Symptom & Sign Information:

Both men and women suffer from thinning hair and hair loss thus making them seek treatment for hair loss. Male pattern baldness is also a serious concern for a large portion of the population. Each of these conditions fall under the medical term "alopecia." Some of the common signs and symptoms of alopecia include...

  • Balding
  • Patchy Hair Loss
  • Progressive Thinning of the Hair

Some studies have shown that the naturally-occurring dehydrotestosterone (DHT) hormone, is one of the factors causing hair loss.

Mesotherapy Treatment Description:

Techniques used in mesotherapy treatment for hair loss are derived from mesotherapy. You will hear about proprietary approaches such as Mesoplasty® or MesoHair, which have both shown positive results with hair re-growth in both men and women.

Using a specialized cocktail, your scalp has essentially given a vitamin boost which can improve the blood circulation in this area. Better circulation allows your hair follicles to be better nourished...all of which can improve hair re-growth.

At Derma klinic mesotherapy treatment for hair loss is done via injection gun as opposed to the mesotherapist injecting by hand. This helps to make mesotherapy treatment for hair loss faster as well as potentially less painful.

Over time, the mesotherapy solution will neutralize the DHT hormone, causing hair to grow again.

You may need as many as five sessions of this mesotherapy treatment for hair loss over a period of four to six months before you see significant results. Your mesotherapist will let you know if your particular case requires more or less treatment.

Maintenance

Mesotherapy can potentially eliminate the need for hair transplant surgery. However, remember that mesotherapy treatments work best when toxins are eliminated from the diet and you're following a healthy exercise program
